Google has unveiled a new website annotation device that we all need to be aware of. SideWiki allows anyone the ability to comment on YOUR website. It is a relatively new technology and we can only guess how long it will live. My advice to you: learn more about SideWiki, download the application and start monitoring what is being said about you on your own website. Once you get comfortable with SideWiki, you may even develop ways of incorporating it into your social media strategy. Here is a YouTube clip explaining how it works and a link to an excellent blog post explaining the steps PR practitioners can take to get in the SideWiki game.
